[PHOTO] Cybertip.ca at Eglinton

I've seen this and other like ads for Cybertip.ca, "Canada's official tipline for reporting the online sexual exploitation of children", scattered across the TTC network.

Will they be effective? Perhaps; I can't recall hearing of the organization before I saw this ad. I can't help but wonder, though, how people are supposed to just happen upon pictures featuring sexually exploited children in ways that won't expose themselves to charges.
