I went to the UPEI Sports Centre to exercise, free of charge as is my right as a student. 30 minutes on a bike, a little more than an hour of cardiovascular and muscle-toning workouts; I was in at a quarter after 8, out at 10 o'clock. It's supposed to be part of a regular pattern of exercise thaty includes ~30 minutes at home every night on the exercise bike, and three similar workouts a week.

I feel buzzed already. Nicely stretched, as it were. It's endorphins, right? And now, if I can keep it up and get a flattish stomach, I'll be all the happier
